Yes, it will. If there are consumers in your country who use mobile phones and businesses wanting to market to these consumers, it will work. That said, if you want to do text messaging, you will need to find a vendor that provides a short code in your country. The good news is that mobile websites and mobile apps are not geographically challenged.
