Logo Design Chosen

Thanks to everyone who gave me input and feedback about my logo. I appreciate your help. As you can see, I have chosen my new logo. I am very happy with it and with crowdSPRING, a place buyers and creatives meet to get design work done.

As promised in my project details page at crowdSPRING, I am linking to the top designers who submitted logos for my consideration.

Here are the designers that made my TOP TEN FINALIST list.

I want to publicly thank each designer who submitted a logo for my project at crowdSPRING. I saw so many great logos and got to communicate with tons of talented designers. Seriously, choosing the logo kept me up at night there was so much good stuff to choose between.

I can HIGHLY recommend going through crowdSPRING for design work. You will get to see a wide variety of options (much more than you would by hiring one designer) and you can give feedback all along the way. Here’s a hint – give a buyer score and feedback to each creative who submits something to you. Not only is it just common courtesy, but you will also get better designs to select from – the designers will know what you want and can tweak their designs for you.

BTW, you can get more than logos there. You can get stationery, website design, PowerPoint, illustrations and even print design. It is really cool.

  1. Kim,
Thank you times a million for being an excellent Buyer on our web site! We are thrilled that you are so happy with the logo that lightbox developed for you, along with the entries from other Creatives in our community.

It means a lot to leave both the Buyers and Creatives of our community super excited. Your feedback and scoring definitely helped the Creatives design a logo that reflected your company.

We appreciate how much effort you put in this project, along with the glowing recommendations via Twitter, our forums, and your blog. Where do we send the flowers to again? ;)

    Thanks a ton,

  2. The more time that is spent dissecting, analyzing, and critiquing a design by the wrong kinds of people the worse that design gets. The same trend applies to the number of people involved in the design process.
    Thx a lot for infomation!

  3. Great tips! Feedback is critical whether you’re working with a graphic design studio in person or a crowdsourcing site. We’ve found that if you give feedback to all designers who submit (and have a budget of at least $300) you are likely to get 100+ designs.
