Compare today to 1995 and right away we see that the users are already armed with hardware (3g handsets `cept for the iphoners). In 1995 that wasn&#039;t really true; though things were taking off. Today, they’re armed and willing with their handsets.

I don&#039;t know if anyone has thought of it or not but I&#039;d be thrilled if my drycleaners&#039; software was smart enough to SMS or Mobile email me when my clothes were ready... I need that convenience in my life because I keep forgetting the dry cleaning.</description>
